Sprinly has an excellent back-story. The co-owners, Mary & Ray, quit their high-paying 9-to-5s to travel the globe together, gather experiences, and discover their true passions. Both fans of healthy living, they realized upon their return to the U.S. that it’s nearly impossible to find meals that are both convenient and healthy. Working hand-in-hand with nutritionists and doctors, Sprinly designs each of its plant-based meals around nutrition. By definition, its dishes are free of animal products. Additionally, all Sprinly entrees are organic, gluten-free, fully-prepared, fresh (not frozen), and do not contain any refined sugars. Besides utilizing delicious, plant-based ingredients, the Sprinly team has put a lot of thought into every meal, making sure that they’re both delicious AND nutritious.

With Sprinly, you can choose from a weekly rotating menu of six entrees. How can you resist dishes like peanut soba noodles with tofu and broccoli, made with Japanese gluten-free, 100% buckwheat soba noodles and tossed in their savory peanut sauce with broccoli, carrots, and baked tofu? Or what about pasta primavera marinara with gluten-free pasta and cashew “parm?” This fresh bowl is full of lightly sautéed vegetables—zucchini, yellow squash, portabello mushrooms, onions, and spinach—paired with a hearty sun-dried tomato marinara sauce over brown rice noodles. All these delightful ingredients are topped with Sprinly’s signature plant-based cashew cheese. Or if it’s a salad you’re craving, you could try the coconut kale and quinoa antioxidant salad with apple balsamic. Light and refreshing, top it with the garnish of sunflower and hemp seeds for an extra antioxidant boost.

With Sprinly, you can choose from three weekly subscription meal plans: six, twelve, or eighteen meals per week.
