100% Grass-Fed, Grass-Finished Beef

Butcher Box sources its beef from some of the finest ranches in Australia, an area of the world known for its exceptional beef. All cows are pasture-raised and allowed to roam and graze on a diet of grasses, forbs, and cereal grain. These humanely-raised cattle never eat grain by-products, nor do they receive any antibiotics, hormones, or promotants. 

Heritage-Breed Pork

Butcher Box’s Heritage Breed pigs enjoy a slow maturation process, which makes for ideal marbling and excellent flavor. Additionally, these pigs are humanely raised on a vegetarian diet of corn and soy and never receive antibiotics or added hormones.

Bacon

Butcher Box bacon comes from the same heritage breed pigs as Butcher Block’s other offerings. The bacon is paleo-friendly, with no additives, sugars, or nitrates.

Organic, Free-Range Chicken

All Butcher Box chickens are free range, which means that have access to roam around outside. Additionally, they eat an all-vegetarian, non-GMO, organic diet and never receive antibiotics, hormones, or promotants.

With a curated subscription box, you choose what types of meat you want, and the Butcher Box team selects the cuts for you. Plans include the mixed box (pork, chicken & beef), the beef & pork box, the beef & chicken box, or the all-beef box.

• Classic Box: Ideal for individuals or smaller families, the classic curated box contains 8-11 lbs. of meat (or about 24 servings) and costs $129 per delivery.
• Big Box: Ideal for larger families or ravenous meat eaters, the big box contains 16-22 lbs. of meat (or about 48 servings) and costs $238 per delivery.

Custom Meat Subscription Boxes

With a custom subscription box, you choose the meats (beef, chicken, or pork) and cuts you want each month.

• Classic Box: The classic custom meat box contains 9-14 lbs. of meat (or about 30 servings) and costs $149 per delivery.
• Big Box: The custom big box contains 18-26 lbs. of meat (or about 60 servings) and costs $270 per delivery.

• Beef & Pork Box: This curated box comes with 8-11 lbs. of beef and pork. For example, a previous box included 2 lbs. of Ground Beef, 2 NY Strip Steaks, 4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 4 Boneless Pork Chops, 2 lbs. of Whole Pork Tenderloin.
• Beef & Chicken Box: This curated box comes with 8.5-11 lbs. of beef and chicken. For example, a previous box included 2 lbs. of Ground Beef, 2 NY Strip Steaks, 4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 3 lbs. of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, and 3 lbs. of Chicken Drumsticks.
