And the Vegetarian version of their Balance menu provides plenty of flavor with protein coming from sources including dairy, eggs, and beans. Sample frozen vegetarian meals include black bean and feta cheese wrap or stuffed shells with roasted red pepper sauce.

Freshology Pricing & Delivery

Depending on the diet type you choose and the number of dishes you order per week, meals range anywhere from $8 to $14. But talk about convenience; Diet-to-Go maintains over 200 food pick-up locations in Washington DC, Baltimore, and Los Angeles. Fresh, non-frozen meals can be picked up at local fitness facilities and other sites twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays by 5 p.m. Also, if you pick up locally, there are no shipping or delivery fees. If you choose to have meals delivered to your door, you’ll pay $18.98 per delivery, and meals arrive frozen.
